Opus 40 is a monumental environmental sculpture created by sculptor Harvey Fite, rising out of an abandoned bluestone quarry. Covering more than six acres, Opus 40 was crafted by the artist who moved and fit together hundreds of thousands of tons of bluestone over a period of 37 years.
