Tours are offered of Dragon Rock, pioneer industrial designer Russel Wright's experimental home and studio built on the rock ledge of an abandoned quarry. Hiking is encouraged through a 75-acre designed landscape on 4 miles of woodland paths that meet up with the Appalachian Trail. Wright's design philosophy, "good desing is for everyone," integrated industrial design, home design, and ecology.
